My Story
I graduated with a Masters Degree in Counseling from Western Michigan University in 2007. After some time working in community settings as a social worker, I decided to pursue more niched individual counseling, most commonly with those ages 18-45. I’ve been in practice since 2018, assisting clients throughout the Portland area in achieving their personal and professional goals. A little about me, I enjoy outdoor fun with my dog, camping, concerts, playing guitar/piano, painting and travel.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you to understand any personal setbacks, identify personal values and incorporate them, so you may begin to overcome these setbacks with confidence. I specialize in psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral treatment, Mindfulness, Trauma-processing and providing essential tools to achieve your desired goals.
